Steak with a Dry Rub Recipe 
 
Items Required
 
1 20 ounces Porterhouse steak
1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon peppercorns
 
How to prepare
 
Mix the dry items together.  Coat both sides of the steak with them. Broil or grill the steak for about 6 minutes per side.  Serve hot and enjoy.
