Salad "Mimosa" Recipe

This Russian Salad. It's easier than it seems at first glance. 

Ingredients:

canned fish in oil (preferably saury) - 200 g 
potatoes - 300 g 
carrots - 200 g 
onion - 150 g 
Eggs - 4 pieces 
salt 
mayonnaise 


Directions:

1) Boil the potatoes, carrots and eggs. Cool, peel. 
2) Mince the onion. Fill it with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water. 
3) Carrots grate. 
4) Potato grate. 
5) Separate the whites from the yolks. 
Separately grate proteins. 
6) Separate the egg yolks. 
7) On the fish to drain oil, fish flex Wilco 
8) At the bottom of the dish (I used a soup bowl with a diameter of 23 cm) to lay out the fish oil mayonnaise. 
9) The fish lay whites, slightly lubricated with mayonnaise. 
10) At the proteins to put carrots, spread with mayonnaise. 
11) On the carrot to put the bow. 
12) On the bow to put the potatoes, a little salt and grease with mayonnaise. 
13) At the potatoes to lay the egg yolks, oil is not necessary. 
This is one of the simplest and most delicious salads from Russia.
