Salad "Fish in the pond " Recipe
It's Russian salad with sprat.
Ingredients:
sprat - 1 Bank
Potatoes - 2
pack (medium)
Carrots - 2 pcs
onions - 2 pcs
Eggs - 2 pcs
cheese - 50 g
green onions and dill or parsley
for decoration
sunflower oil
mayonnaise
salt
Directions:
1) Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and grate.
2)
Boil Eggs, cool, peel and grate.
3) Grate Cheese
4) A few fish to separate the tails and set aside for decoration. Others sprats
mash with a fork.
5) Onion Peel and finely chop.
6) Carrots grate.
7) In a heated skillet with vegetable oil fry the
