Preheat the oven to 400 F. Slightly coat with olive oil. Bake the peppers (until peel goes off but without burning them) and clean their peel when they chilled a bit. Cut them in quarters, remove the viens and the stem and the seeds and put the peppers in the salad bowl. Over them put a sauce that you make from the oil, vinegar and salt.
