Oua umplute cu peste (eggs stuffed with fish) Recipe





Another great dish that is typical for the Danube Delta menu. However you might find it on many Romanian tables. It’s for people that love sea-food.




Ingredients:








Directions:




  1. Hard boil the eggs.

  2. Shell the eggs and let them cool off.

  3. Cut them into 2 cross sections.

  4. Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl.

  5. Pound the yolks with a fork.

  6. Pour oil drop by drop over the yolks and mix them with a wooden spoon, stirring continuously.

  7. Add the fish paste too, stirring continuously.

  8. Then, add the mustard.

  9. Don’t forget to properly mix them.

  10. Fill the white with the mixture and put them on a large plate.

  11. Decorate them by using olives or whatever you want.

  12. Use the lettuce leaves to decorate the plate.
