Oua umplute cu maioneza (Mayonnaise stuffed eggs) Recipe

  1. Hard boil the eggs.

  2. Shell the eggs and let them cool off.

  3. Cut the eggs into 2 cross sections, remove the yolks and put them in a bowl.

  4. Pound the yolks with a fork and mix them with the butter and sour cream.

  5. Add salt and ground pepper.

  6. Fill each section of the eggs with the yolks mixture and put them on a large plate.

  7. Put a layer of mayonnaise on every section of the eggs and use the knife blade to make it even.

  8. Try to adorn them using the pickled peppers or olives according to your heart’s desire.

  9. Decorate the plate using chopped lettuce.
