Offal Soup Recipe
This is a traditional Romanian soup made at Easter
Ingredients:
-2l water
-1l sauerkraut juice
-wings, neck, legs,
gizzard from a goose / turkey
- carrots, parsley root, 1/4 Celery root, 1 onion
-3 spoons of rice
-green spices (parsley , dill)
Direction
Boil the meat after you cut it in pieces. Add a carrot, a parsley root, 1/4 dill root and an onion and the rice. Separately boil the
sauerkraut juice and put in in the pot when the meat and the carrots,parsley root,clery and onion are boiled. Add salt, green parsley
and dill cut very small.
