Cheese Steak Hoagie Recipe
This recipe serves 3.
Items needed
15 ounces of minute steak
1 tomato
1/4
of an onion
several leaves of lettuce
3 8 inch Italian or French rolls or a 24 inch loaf of bread
6 slices of Provolone cheese
3 tablespoons
of butter.
Slice the tomato into slices. Chop the onions and lettuce into small pieces. Place the butter into a pan
and melt. Then put the steak in and fry for five minutes. Remove from pan and place into the rolls. Add the provolone
on top. Place in a preheated oven at 500 degrees until cheese has melted. Remove from oven. Add the veggie
on top. It is know ready to be eaten.
