Block of Mushrooms recipe
 
Ingredients:
 
• 1 kg. fresh mushrooms
• 5 eggs,
• 2 onions right
• 2 links dill
• pepper, salt to taste
• one cup of oil
• breadcrumbs – a few tablespoons
 
Preparation:
 
In a strainer wash the mushrooms in cold water with their stems removed, then cut them into slices cut but not too thin.
 
 Separately fry onions in oil, when they have changed color and are soft mixed them with the sliced mushrooms, add beaten eggs, salt, pepper, chopped herbs and tablespoon breadcrumbs.
 
Composition is molded for a round or rectangular tray which has been coated with oil and then dust with breadcrumbs. After that sprinkle over it a little oil and bake in oven at 180 celcius for about 30 minutes, until top is nicely done. Cut while it is still warm into slices or squares.
 
It serves as an appetizer or garnish for meat or fried white fish.
