Ardei Copti (Roasted/fried Mild Peppers) Recipe


This Romanian recipe doesn’t take a long time and it’s a delicious appetizer.

Directions:


Fry the mild peppers using a pan.

  1. Peel them and let them cool off.

  2. Put them on a large plate

  3. Mix the laurel leaves, vinegar, oil, salt, mustard, sugar and pour over the mild peppers.


This is an appetizer that accompanies steaks and fried meat.
