This Romanian recipe doesn’t take a long time and it’s a delicious appetizer.
Ingredients:
6 big mild peppers
5 tablespoons vinegar
5 tablespoons oil
a few mustard seeds
3 laurel leaves
a few seeds pepper
1 pitch ground pepper
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
Directions:
Fry the mild peppers using a pan.
Peel them and let them cool off.
Put them on a large plate
Mix the laurel leaves, vinegar, oil, salt, mustard, sugar and pour over the mild peppers.
This is an appetizer that accompanies steaks and fried meat.
